If you forget your password, please follow the follow steps:
- Visit www.office.com
- Click the sign-in option in the top right-hand corner.
- Click he link that says "Can't access your account?"
- Click the option that says "Work or School Account."
- Enter your email address and the verification code.
- Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password.
If you are unsuccessful in resetting your password yourself, please follow the process outlined at your organization. If you are unable to access that information or have been unsuccessful, you may create a new ticket and we will gladly assist. Please note, additional verification may be required from your organization before we can process the reset request.
