How do I request a new Office 365 User Account?

To request a new user account, please follow these steps:

  • Create a new ticket with your organization's template attached.

    or

  • Email the form to help@virtucallonline.com
  • If your company has allowed for automated additions, please use the form located at www.virtucallonline.com/login or online via your company's internal SharePoint / Intranet / Hub Site.

All approvals must be received via embedded template or the SharePoint WorkFlow. If approvals are not received or if the approved templates are not provided, then we cannot create the account.  If you cannot locate your process, please contact your administrator.  If you're still unsure, please create a ticket, email, or call us.
